Join us for Music Ed Croydon’s Summer Fest. An exciting afternoon of live music, family fun, and summer celebrations!

Bring your own picnic and relax outdoors while enjoying performances from Yamaha Music School, a Tunes for Tots calm corner, Croydon Voices Choir, the Dragons from Endurance Steel Pan Orchestra and more local talent.

Not only that, but refreshments will be available from the bar, the Meltin’ Memories ice cream van is visiting at 2pm and the Face Painting stall will be open all afternoon. You are welcome to bring picnic blankets, outdoor seats to make your afternoon comfortable and your own food, but please support the onsite bar inside the clubhouse for beverages!

It’s a guaranteed afternoon of great music and a welcoming community atmosphere.

Admission to the Festival is by ticket Order No. and Email linked to your booking. Please ensure you have this ready before arriving. Performers do not need a ticket.

Summer Fest – Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a ticket for Summer Fest, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Tickets

• All tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

• Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are no longer able to attend.

• Please retain your booking confirmation as proof of purchase at the festival entrance.

• Entry may be refused without valid proof of ticket purchase.

2. Event Changes

• Music Ed Croydon reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, timings, performers, or activities where necessary.

• In the event of severe weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns, the event may be delayed, altered, or cancelled.

3. Children & Supervision

• Children attending the event remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.

• Performers will be requested to arrive at the designated holding area next to the stage prior to their performance time. This area will be monitored by Music Ed staff. However, one guardian/adult may enter this area per student if desired.

4. Photography & Video

• Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

• By attending the event, you consent to being included in general event photography or video footage unless you notify a member of staff via info@music-ed.co.uk

5. Security & Behaviour

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask attendees to leave if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

• The event organiser’s onsite security team will be available should you have any safety concerns throughout the event.

• Attendees must follow any instructions given by event staff for health and safety purposes.

6. Food & Drink

• Food and drink may be available from external vendors.

• Music Ed Croydon is not responsible for third-party products, allergens, or services provided by external vendors.

7. Liability

• Attendance at the event is at your own risk.

• Music Ed Croydon accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injuries sustained except where caused by proven negligence.

8. Accessibility

• We will do our best to accommodate accessibility requirements wherever possible. Please contact us in advance with any specific requirements.
